OUR RETURNS & REFUND POLICY IS VALID FOR 10 DAYS POST DELIVERY.
If 10 Days have gone by since your received your Footwear, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Funkhyde Footwear are eligible for return if the product is unused, undamaged, clean and with the box, all within 10 days of delivery.

We understand not all feet are same as the Moulds we use for making these beautiful footwear. Hence, we provide Free Exchange or Refunds for Size Errors – No Questions Asked.

If you need to exchange it for the same item we will arrange for the free reverse Pickup of your Goods. Just Email us at wecare@funkhyde.in or Whatsapp us at +91-7558445194

In some cases ( Upto 5% Cases), while PIN Codes are Servicable for Delivery, Some PIN Codes are unserviceable for Reverse Pickup. In Such Cases, you will have to Courier the Products back to us on your Own. You Can Courier them at:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refund Policy

Refunds for returned items will be initiated once the item passes our quality check. This will typically be within a week from date of return pickup.

For COD orders refunds will be provided via UPI or bank transfer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 Business Days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any Pairs not in its Original Condition, Damaged beyond Repair or Missing for reasons not due to our Error.
  • Any Pairs returned without the Box will have a Packaging Penalty of Rs.50/Pair.
  • Any Pairs that are returned more than 10 days after delivery.
