And all our Footwear Delivered to you are made on-Demand in order to maintain sustainability and zero waste. We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

OUR RETURNS POLICY IS VALID FOR 7 DAYS POST DELIVERY.
If 7 Days have gone by since your received your Footwear, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an Exchange.
Funkhyde Footwear are eligible for Exchange if the product is unused, undamaged, clean and with the box, all within 7 days of delivery.
In some cases ( Upto 5% Cases), while PIN Codes are Servicable for Delivery, Some PIN Codes are unserviceable for Reverse Pickup. In Such Cases, you will have to Courier the Products back to us on your Own. You Can Courier them at:

EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand not all feet are same as the Molds we use for making these beautiful footwear. This may Cause Size Issues.
If the Fit is not Accurate, we are always open to hear your grievances and we do Custom Fit shoes for Customers who have Feet slightly or heavily misaligned from our Molds.
We are very much proud of our Quality, however, in case you find the Quality off, do message us on Whatsapp with Pictures of what sets you off. We will make sure to send you a Fresh Pair with Corrections.
Also in some cases, The Customer does not like the Colors or Design they Ordered. So we do allow Exchange of Colors or even Design.
Hence, we provide Free Exchange – NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
If you need to exchange, we will arrange for the free reverse Pickup of your Goods.

REFUND POLICY
If you do change your Mind before dispatch, we will Gladly cancel your Order and not ship the same to you. If Prepaid we will Refund in 1-2 Business Days for Orders Cancelled prior to Dispatch.

If you like the Product and are unsatisfied with the Fit or Comfort, Send in a Custom Fit / Design Requirements or your Full Measurements as we ask of you. We will make something you will definitely like. We have made custom fits and modifications of a lot of our Customers. Conclusively, our End Goal is to have everyone enjoy our Footwear.
However, In Case you are dissatisfied with the Product or do not like what you get, WE DO OFFER FULL REFUND - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
